AGATA SUROWIEC MORGAN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have been in a Business Development role for several years now. I truly enjoy growing the business, however, I never forget my roots. I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and I started my journey as a Guided Wave L2 technician. I spent several years in the field travelling the world and learning the pros and cons of the pipeline inspection industry. Technical knowledge is my strong point when it comes to providing clients with inspection solutions.<\/p>\n

SUSAN OSBECK – PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I am responsible for assessing whether pressure vessels can be inspected externally, using non-intrusive inspection, rather than putting a person inside them to inspect them internally. I\u2019ve written and contributed to two Recommended Practices and two Guidance Notes for our industry. It\u2019s great to see these being used and appreciated, but I think I always feel most pride when I manage to deliver an urgent project on time for a client.<\/p>\n

DR ALISON CRAIGON – PRINCIPAL RESEARCH SCIENTIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I develop new inspection technologies using ultrasound to detect and measure flaws in materials where existing techniques are ineffective. These new technologies have been independently validated for a variety of applications worldwide and they are in great demand. The inspection results are used to demonstrate the condition of assets such as steel pipelines and their coatings, both subsea and onshore, allowing our clients to continue operating them safely without costly shutdowns or premature decommissioning.<\/p>\n

NABILAH AMIR HAMZAH – INTEGRITY TEAM LEAD<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the past 13 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the subsea pipeline integrity field. Pipeline dynamics and corrosion have been my passion ever since I entered this industry. My decision to pursue a course in Material Technology within Mechanical Engineering during university has significantly shaped my career trajectory. I’ve now reached a point where I’ve proven to individuals from my past that women can indeed succeed in the engineering world when fuelled by passion.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
